The French band Errance has just released their debut album "Where The Silence Lies" on December 13th.
After the astonishing EP Fracture released in 2020, the French band are back four years later with a cohesive and very mature debut. Proof of this is the quality and intensity of songs like "Les voix de l'ombre", which manage to create a melancholy and dense atmosphere based on a mixture of influences and strands such as death metal, black metal and progressive metal. Or the single "Ashen Hearts (Echoes)", which maintains the essence that exquisitely balances weight and melody, creating an overwhelming identity of its own. It's well worth checking out the album "Where The Silence Lies", which has 14 tracks spread over just over an hour and forty-five minutes.
