Italian band Dying Awkward Angel just released their latest single called "The Magical World of the Dead" on October 31st.
The band's sound is based on good old-fashioned melodic death metal, with strong influences from the Gothenburg school, while at the same time flirting with traditional death metal from Florida and thrash metal from the late 80s. This melting pot of influences ends up creating the band's own identity and a very positive and cohesive result. Not only the single "The Magical World of the Dead", but also all of the Italians' work is well worth getting to know.
