Here's a band that Metal Junkbox's most regular readers and followers surely already know, a band that has appeared here a few times and we always love it when they come back, we're talking about the great French band Lifeboats, who just released their latest single called "Old Habits" on April 15th.

Directly from Lyon, France, the band Lifeboats present a sound that manages to navigate influences from styles such as punk, hardcore and rock'n roll.
