Hei'An is a band from Slovenia that has already appeared on Metal Junkbox and captivated us immediately. They have just released their latest single "What a Shame" on July 30th.
Featuring a broad sound with many elements and layers from a variety of genres including progressive metal beats and rhythms, post-metal chord progressions and ambient parts, black metal tremolos and blast beats, metalcore choruses and riffs while having a strong pillar within post-progressive metal that ends up creating a gigantic and overwhelming identity of its own that is well worth checking out.
