We love to showcase bands from Latin America, a huge breeding ground for incredible bands, and this is the case with Chile's Helladdict, who have just released their eponymous debut EP on February 1st.
With 3 tracks, the band presents a brutal, chaotic, raw and sensational thrash metal crossover, with great riffs and sung 100% in Spanish, it's easy to be captivated by Helladdict's energy and intensity. The EP opens with Sombras (Shadows), which is slower with guitar solos setting the pace, creating a denser, more aggressive atmosphere. Puño de Hierro begins with hardcore-style drums and takes us on a rampage from start to finish, with brutal vocals from Juan Barra, and last but not least the great Nuclear War is undoubtedly the heaviest, flirting with extreme metal with dirty, heavy riffs.
It's worth checking out this debut from Chile's Helladdict. The EP is now available on the main digital platforms.
