We're back to talk about the great Norwegian band The Big Rip, who just released their latest single "Kraken Mare" on June 19.
This is the second song from The Big Rip's "Olympus Mons" EP, scheduled for release on August 22. For Metal Junkbox's most regular readers, the Norwegians are nothing new - we've already talked about other singles by this band that doesn't mess around, With a sound based on stoner rock, the Norwegian quintet delivers a lot of quality in striking and incendiary riffs, heavy and intense grooves mixing doses of psychedelia with a cosmic atmosphere that ends up delivering a gigantic and sensational identity of its own!
